Important information from the hotel

1. All guests driving their own vehicles must provide their license plate number to enter the park. If taking a taxi, please contact the hotel in advance to register the taxi's license plate number; otherwise, entry will be denied. (To ensure the experience of all park guests and the rights of hotel guests, only one vehicle per suite is allowed to enter the park.) After entering the park, please park your vehicle in the designated parking space and do not move it before checking out and leaving the park. You can take the park bus or shuttle bus to your desired destination within the community. 2. The park has fully implemented the government's no-fly zone requirements, and a drone countermeasure system is installed throughout the area to forcibly intercept drones in flight. 3. The setting off of fireworks and firecrackers is prohibited throughout the entire Anaya Park at all times. Setting off fireworks and firecrackers causes air and environmental pollution and is extremely likely to cause fires and personal injury accidents. Thank you for your support and understanding. 4. For travel and safety considerations, private electric vehicles, electric mobility scooters, and all types of sightseeing and entertainment vehicles are completely prohibited from entering and using the Anaya Park. Please be aware of this. Vehicles entering the park are limited to a speed of 25 km/h. If a vehicle is found speeding, illegally parked, or honking its horn in an uncivilized manner, it will be required to park outside the park. This hotel does not currently provide pet accommodation services. If you bring your pet, you must tie a leash for your pet in public areas and properly look after it. Pets are strictly prohibited from entering the sea, swimming pools, and children's play areas. The name of the guest checking in must match the guest's name on the reservation. Hot water in the hotel rooms is provided by a 100L individual water heater. If you need hot water for an extended period of time, the water heater will need to reheat it for about 30 minutes. Thank you for your understanding. Tips: There is no direct elevator between the underground parking lot and the hotel, and it takes about 5 minutes to walk. If you have a lot of luggage, you can stop the car at the main entrance of the hotel to load and unload luggage, or contact us in advance to arrange a shuttle bus to the underground garage for you. Children must provide their ID card, household registration, or birth certificate at check-in. If you want to take wedding photos, portrait photos and promotional photos in the community, you need to contact the community customer service center in advance.
