Rooms are clean and in good condition, and breakfast is reasonable. Staff are helpful but not terribly friendly. As a tourist to Constantine, I found the location of the hotel very inconvenient. If I were to go again, I would choose a hotel in the centre of the city.

Excellent stay at Constantine Marriott Hotel with outstanding service – little point to improve on payment
I had the pleasure of staying at the Constantine Marriott Hotel and the experience was overall excellent from start to finish.
The location is ideal, with easy access to the main sites while offering a quiet and pleasant environment.
The atmosphere is elegant, warm and very soothing. It immediately feels good.
The rooms are spacious, modern and very comfortable, with excellent bedding. The value for money is very satisfactory in terms of the services offered. Cleanliness is impeccable throughout the establishment.
Very good level of calm, perfect for rest.
The service is of very high quality, with attentive, professional and very welcoming staff.
The facilities are complete and very well maintained, contributing to a very pleasant stay.
Important Note – Payment
The only area for improvement is confusion at the time of payment. A pre-authorization was to be made on my card, but the amount was charged in error. Having paid for my stay in cash at the start, I ended up with a double payment. I am confident that this can be corrected quickly, but better management of this type of operation would avoid this inconvenience.
Special thanks to Samira, from the restaurant, for her warm welcome, professionalism and special attention. It really helped to make our stay even more enjoyable.
I highly recommend this hotel and will be back with pleasure.

Excellent!
As a family, we spent an absolutely beautiful night at Marriott Constantine.
We particularly appreciated the two superb connecting rooms 426/428, ideal for a family stay, as well as the warm and attentive welcome throughout our stay.Mr. Houssem from the front desk was the architect and a big thank you to him.
A big thank you to Mrs. Samira for her remarkable welcome at the restaurant. The buffet dinner was excellent, generous and sublimated by the chef , his team and high quality local produce. Breakfast was equally successful, varied and gourmet.
Staying at this establishment allows you to discover Constantine the famous bridge city in a different way and to appreciate its charm and authenticity even more.
An elegant and memorable experience that we recommend without hesitation.

How to spoil a lovely hotel Stay.
Because our suite was so nice I tried to send these suggestions and criticisms directly to Marriott but there was no way to do that on line so now it has to be public. The hotel itself is lovely and our suite, #429, was large and nicely furnished with lots of amenities. The view was spectacular from the mosque on the left and over the valley and several bridges. However there are some issues. A simple one to fix, and this applies to all hotels, please have a sink plug that closes. In our case we are traveling for 52 days and certainly not taking 52 pairs of underwear and socks each, so we bring a half dozen each and wash them in the sink when we are staying two nights or more. Here we stayed four nights. We had laundry done by the hotel but are certainly not giving them underwear. Next issue - on our first night we went to the restaurant on the first floor where we were told they were full and sent us to the one on the second floor where they told us that it was now open only for special events. The only other option was the bar but there was a guy outside charging about US$25 for men to enter (women are free) as the bar is part of the nightclub. We had to eat there but in a dark club environment and with a limited menu. The next night we went back to the first floor restaurant where it was only a buffet, which is fine if you are starving but a waste of money for us after we’d had a large lunch and just wanted a snack. To boot when we asked for the wine list they said they didn’t have one but had red and white wine. We wanted to know what varieties but the best they could do was to bring two bottles and offer us a choice. For a large five star hotel this is unacceptable and certainly not the Marriott standard we are used to. There was a card by the bed saying they change the sheets every third day but our certainly were not. The WiFi is slow. This trip was to celebrate my wife’s 72nd birthday and my 80th, both on the same day, In a couple of the hotels we stayed in the week before, they sent up a birthday cake and other treats but here, on our actual birthday, absolutely nothing. As I said the dinner options were so poor that on our birthday we went to another hotel to dine. Come on Marriott, get your act together.

Very unhappy
Very unhappy. No baggage handlers. At the reception we are twice given incomplete directions to access our room, which meant we got lost in a part of the hotel where there was no soul living. At breakfast products like croissants, bread, etc. were not fresh. Butter was missing, there were no large cups, no small spoons. The tables were not well cleaned. We wanted to have coffee at the bar in the afternoon but this was not possible "because of Ramadan" we were told. Pros: the room was very good.
