The Hotel is amazing, the staff? Out of this world ✨️
Khaoula, one of the cleaning staff, guided me to my room , helped me settle in, checked on me a few times and made sure I wasn't lacking any necessities in the room. She was kind enough to suggest places to visit in the city and even offered to get me a driver for my trip. Her welcoming spirit, warm smile and generous hospitality really made me feel home.
Yasser, one of the night managers , was so helpful with guidance and support. He advised me on all measures I needed to follow and was so kind and calm in his communication. He helped me get food and assistance when I needed it and made sure I lacked nothing.
The whole staff was kind, welcoming and friendly. If I wouldn't go back for the organization and cleanness, I'd DEFINITELY go back for how amazing the staff treat their guests✨️

Pleasure, tranquility, reunions.
2 - Tranquility, silence, and discretion are always present.
3 - Reunions, I am speaking of Ms. Wissem, always in a good mood, smiling, and delighted to see me again after my absence; she makes you feel at home with a magnificent welcome without checking the reservation history; she knows I have stayed at this establishment, while at the reception, I was treated like an ordinary client, just a passing guest. My children adore her; she takes great care of them. Wissam has made a lasting impression on my daughter with her kindness and small gestures. Bravo!
Of course, we must not forget the boss, Mr. Fayçal from the bar; he is now assigned to the restaurant. Similarly, he is a classy man present for the clients. Bravo! As always, I was delighted to see him again.
I recommend asking for both Wissem and Fayçal upon your arrival; they are gems of the staff.

It's giving Motel 6 vibes. Similar style and color, everything was a bit run down. TV didn't work, and the knob to adjust cooling was broken.
