Overall, the hotel was definitely a 5 out of 5 stars experience to me. The staff were all nice and helpful, and the location is right in Midtown. I did notice, which I didn’t dock on the star review as I don’t know if it was supposed to be given every day or not, but the first few days I was receiving 2 free bottles of water a day, but after that, I stopped receiving them, but it didn’t affect my feelings of the hotel, and if and when I go back to Constantine, I will use this hotel again.

A special mention to Mr. Didine, a remarkable receptionist

thanks to Didine, an exceptional and truly professional receptionist; from our arrival he welcomed us with a lot of kindness, smiles, and attention. His availability, his attentiveness, and his sense of service made our stay even more pleasant.
It is rare to meet a person so welcoming, attentive, and passionate about their job; Didine sincerely deserves to be congratulated and recognized for the quality of his work. Thanks again for your warm welcome and your kindness; a very beautiful experience at the Novotel.

Excellent

I would like to thank the staff of Novotel Constantine, especially the receptionist Didine. He is a very polite person. We received a wonderful welcome from him.

In the center of town.

The location of the hotel is unbeatable! Right in the city, many attractions can be reached on foot! The rooms are nice, with water provided daily and a coffee and tea maker! The staff is very friendly, and it is the only hotel we stayed in that served alcohol! Only four points due to the average breakfast! The hotel is fenced and monitored! However, we never felt unsafe outside the hotel! The people were always friendly and helpful!

Nothing too exciting except the location. Rooms were rusty and falling apart. AC not working and rooms were hot. Staff didn’t have a clue how to sort it out and in fact were dismissive
