Super location
It is super well located two steps from the old part of the city.
The rooms are friendly in the basic, the staff somewhat hesitant in the provision of services that go out of the usual record.

Excellent
I would like to thank the staff of Novotel Constantine, especially the receptionist Didine. He is a very polite person. We received a wonderful welcome from him.

In the center of town.
The location of the hotel is unbeatable! Right in the city, many attractions can be reached on foot! The rooms are nice, with water provided daily and a coffee and tea maker! The staff is very friendly, and it is the only hotel we stayed in that served alcohol! Only four points due to the average breakfast! The hotel is fenced and monitored! However, we never felt unsafe outside the hotel! The people were always friendly and helpful!

Disappointing fake offer
First bar we found in 5 days. Delighted to see they claimed to do a ‘social hour’ “2 for 1” till 18:30. In reality, they refused - first “not today” (till it was pointed out the ad said “every day”), then on the grounds it was 18:31 (till pointed out that we’d ordered at 18:22 and asked for the bill immediately, and it was they who delayed till 18:31), then on the grounds the ad only applied to soft drinks (which it says nowhere!). Very poor from an international chain

JUST AVERAGE HOTEL
My recent hotel experience was a mixed bag The welcome was genuinely warm, which was a great start However, the room itself wasn't clean I noticed cut corners on the nightstand and hairs on the bathroom floor, which was disappointing On the bright side, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the parking attendants were very kind The breakfast was decent enough to get the day started.
