Garden inn Sevan
It's not a hotel, it's a misunderstanding! They don't know how to run a business! When checking in, they forgot to put down the towels - they had to go after them themselves, as there is no phone in the room. The power and water were cut this morning, and the hotel generator is down. When asked what you're going to do, you spread your arms and make a stupid face.

The apartment was very clean and spacious. The property was well designed and much nicer than any others we saw. The staff was friendly.

I had a wonderful experience dining here, and I want to highlight the exceptional staff who truly made the visit memorable. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with genuine smiles and professionalism. The host was warm and welcoming, and our server was attentive without being intrusive.
The staff worked efficiently and with clear teamwork, even during the busy rush. Our food came out promptly, and everything was served with care and attention to detail. The kitchen team deserves a shoutout as well—every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented.
What impressed me most was how the staff remained calm, polite, and helpful even while juggling multiple tables. It’s clear they care about the customer experience and take pride in their work.
Thank you to the entire team—you made our night feel special. We’ll definitely be returning!
