Suburbia!
This place is a granny flat in a private house in a boring housing estate no where near the beach or sea. The TV could not give us commercial channels so no access to Australian Open tennis nor Netflix as the devices in the building had already consumed the capacities of the licence. Bathroom was a cupboard. Bed a very small double. Strange noises from the floor above through the the night. Not recommended
