Situated in Brixen im Thale, the lift is only 40 meters from the accommodation. Skiweltbahn is 100 metres from Das Heimsitz. All units have a seating area. Some units include a terrace and/or balcony with mountain views.

good stay
we were there on a family ski trip, we were 7 people in total and the space was perfectly enough, it’s also quite close to one of the ski lifts which is a big pro, if you don’t have skis yet you can also rent them nearby. we went there a day after christmas and it was honestly an amazing stay. they also have all the necessary equipment like kitchen tools and even a ski room where you can put your skis in.

As good as it gets…
Believe it or not - easy walking distance to supermarket, ski hire and 2 gondola stations.
Arriving by train to Brixen Im Thale you just catch the ski bus to practically the front door.
Choose an apartment with self catering facilities and you’ll find yourself saving money by having breakfast and dinner in.
Such a friendly couple. Only slight downside was no laundry in apartment with management offering an in-house service for EUR20.

Very attractive, friendly accommodation right next to the gondola!
We spent 9 days in Brixen im Thale and chose “Das Heimsitz”, an ideal, very attractive accommodation right next to the cable car.
The very friendly host service, the apartment (Blueberry) and the overall facilities of the complex (underground car park, bicycle storage rooms, sauna) were great!

Fantastic!
Stayed here for week with two children in an apartment with double bed and bunk beds. From the pictures on the website site we thought it looked nice, but were really impressed on arrival. Pictures made it look smaller than it is, but it was a lovely size. From high ceilings, excellent quality of the build and great furnishings. Everything was thought out perfectly and the personal ski storage with boot heaters was great. However the real icing on the cake was the service. From booking us meals in recommended restaurants to getting us ski passes so we didn’t have to queue nothing was too much trouble. We would love to come back and recommend anyone to stay here.

Perfect place to stay at Brixen
We have a suite chalet for 9 person - 4 kids under 8y and 5 adults - for 10 days and it was amazing! Less then 10 minutes walking distance from the lift, ski stores and restaurants. There is a convenient Sparr market another 15 min walking distance. Perfect location!
The owners are very friendly and always happy to help in any matter you could have.
The chalet is new, modern and a perfect size for our group. The sauna was the cherry on the top! I can’t recommend it enough!
