Dreamlike

As always it was fantastically beautiful
We've been there for our granddaughter for 1 week
We had a holiday apartment and booked half board
From the boss to the cleaning fairy everyone was super dear always friendly and helpful
We will come back again

Food cancelled after waiting 2 hours

We stayed at the Haflingerhof on a sunny Sunday. Clearly, there was a lot going on and we didn't get our food right away. However, we waited 2 hours for our food. After more than an hour we asked once, nobody could tell when the food was coming. The tables around us were similar. After 2 hours without any information, when or if the food is still coming, we cancelled and left.
The restaurant is very large and established - that the organization is so bad is surprising. It would have been good if you had just been informed what was actually going on...
Speaking of big restaurant... there's room for 200 people... and there's a brand new ladies' room. That means you wait... why such a large restaurant only has 1 toilet for ladies is a mystery to me...
Absolutely not recommended. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Unfriendly, loveless accommodation

Rooms are fine, except for the slack mattresses. The boss was very unfriendly and can't even say hello. We didn't feel like guests but even unwanted even though we were there for 5 days. Breakfast is lovely and very barren. Cheap jam from the dispenser, juice machine that has only filled water. My gluten intolerance was suspiciously considered in only one day. This accommodation is NOT recommended.

In itself a nice location and nice service, however,...
... my food was forgotten, despite little activity
... in my opinion the price-performance ratio is not right (as an example: the apple strudel was arranged very unlovingly and for the price you can quietly expect more)

Unfortunately disappointed…

This accommodation is very nice in itself, with very modern and clean rooms. The location is a bit remote and far from ski areas. The breakfast was good, but the quality of the evening meal was not so good. The packages are a bit odd, with a €30 flat rate for WiFi, garbage disposal and drinks!!! You were only allowed to drink prepared drinks like the watery iced tea with dinner. At lunchtime you were turned away. Unfortunately, the service leaves a lot to be desired, as you are often ignored, and they are unfortunately not open to criticism.
