Ideal accommodation for visiting the Bregenz Festival; very attentive and friendly staff; balanced breakfast offer; interior is cozy, clean and well maintained.

Disappointing for a 4-star hotel.
In my opinion, the room furnishings in no way meet the expected standard of this category.
The room lacked basic amenities: no electric kettle, no coffee machine, no slippers, no bathrobe, no minibar or mini-fridge, and not even a telephone. In addition, there was a very narrow single bed about 80 cm wide, which is hardly suitable for a comfortable stay. The felt flooring is also outdated and unhygienic.
In a 4-star establishment, one expects more comfort, amenities, and attention to detail. The star rating raises expectations that this room unfortunately could not meet.

Average hotel, great breakfast
I stayed for one night on business at Hotel Sternen. The hotel is good and average. The rooms are very basic but clean. The breakfast is top-notch.
