Exceeded expectations.
This three is better than some fives.)))) I was fascinated.
From the pros: the rooms are spacious, the beds (we had separate) are huge, breakfast standard very varied assortment changed every day, food is enough even for those who come to the end, access to the floors from the key, very friendly staff, towels changed every day, there is a hairdryer, even an iron.
On the downside: the hotel is not downtown, but the Hiltons have it; there are no toothbrushes and slippers, but it's a C. I'm in the top five now and there are no brushed slippers here either)))
The lady below writes about the lack of a fridge in the room, and I'll repeat that it's still a THREE, not an A, it shouldn't be here.

Expected more.
Left very disappointed! I'll be honest, the room is really nice overall, especially the beds. Then came the downside:
1. The sink was clogged, there was water! No slippers, not to mention bathrobes. That's a shame for you!
2. No fridge. I had a little bag of medicine to keep cold. When she found out there was no refrigerator in the room, she went to the reception to check. They said that it is just "some kind of supernatural option" they have, refrigerators in almost no rooms and they need to be "booked in advance." Strangely very, but ok. I'm asking if they can leave a bag in the fridge at the front desk or the restaurant somewhere overnight, refused!
3. Cherry on the cake... Check-in was at 3 a.m. on a weekday, planned to just sleep until morning and drive on, as they were transit. Specially specified what time it is breakfast to get more sleep, the administrator said before 11.00. Great, 10.30 came for breakfast, and it's all cleaned up... We ask the administrator who has already changed, how about breakfast, we get the answer “and all, and all, breakfasts on weekdays until 10 a.m.”. Awesome! Best hotel in Brest!
Stayed at Hampton from 1.07-2.07 .Very enjoyed the service at the reception ,the girls are friendly and always ready to help .The room is clean and very comfortable, breakfast was delicious .Recommend for those who do not know where to stay in Brest !

Great new hotel
We were there for one night as part of a sightseeing tour. The hotel is simply wonderful. I liked everything: the room, the hotel itself, the service, breakfast, restaurant.
The hotel itself is new. Therefore, such pleasant little things as access to the elevator using cards and public telephones in the corridor are pleasing. The room itself is very cozy, with a comfortable bed. The room has a hairdryer, safe, refrigerator, soap-gel-shampoo in dispensers, slippers, kettle and tea set, 0.5 liters of water, ironing dock, iron. Excellent free Wi-Fi. Nice comfortable shower.
Breakfast is very good and tasty.
The hotel has a very pleasant and affordable restaurant serving Belarusian cuisine, which we enjoyed using.
It's a 20 minute walk to the center, there is a small shopping center and several shops nearby.
In general, if we get carried away to Brest, we know where to go.

Low standards, disrespectful attitude, won't go back there again
I would like to share my impressions of my stay from 06/13/24 to 06/14/24 at the Hilton Hotel in Brest. First, my father checked in on June 12, 24, then I arrived. From the beginning of my arrival at the reception, my father discussed with the girl Anastasia his early check-in and late check-out until 16:00, and paid the entire amount for the stay at once. When it was time to check out, Anastasia said that we had not paid for late check-out. They started watching the cameras and it turned out that this was their mistake and the girl did not take this information into account.
We were in this hotel for the third time, at the moment, it has greatly lowered its standards and fallen in our eyes. The cleaning needs better, the towels they hang are very old, frayed with threads. There are no amenities in the room (no slippers or other necessary accessories). The reception staff is not friendly, with a deliberately biased attitude. They disturbed our peace and called our room and knocked several times before checking out.
We won't go back there again :)
