An experience worth repeating.
A very positive experience and, above all, marked by the kindness, professionalism, and dedication of the entire team in general. There are, naturally, some aspects to improve in the general service and, particularly, at the Long Beach Resort, where some details could make a difference to further elevate the quality of the experience.
Nevertheless, a very special mention goes to employee **Kirolos Nashaat**, for his enormous friendliness, availability, and excellence in the way he received and accompanied us. People like this truly make a difference and make a stay even more special.
In the final balance, we left with full hearts, with good memories, and with the feeling of having been well welcomed. ❤️✨

Wonderful service, rooms not so much.
It wasn't bad, but it could have been better. The hotel charges a high value for what it offers in the rooms today, old TVs, the control does not work, shower almost falling, does not heat in any way. But it wasn't bad, the room offered what we needed essential. The pool stands out very, wonderful and beautiful, clean. The service was also impeccable, especially on the last day Tuesday 11/08, both the receptionist and the breakfast boy were sensational, polite, kind and cordial! One note is that they have parking, but it's open sky, so your car spends the day heating horrors in the sun, could have a toldo. Breakfast is also the basic, but everything tasty and you have options that you can order outside of what is in the buffet. Menus with prices ok for what the hotel should offer, great pool service. But the problem really are the rooms, on the outside is perfect, but on the inside needs good maintenance.

Lovely and caring hotel
Super caring hotel, spacious rooms, apartments with a high terrace. Very good breakfast and extremely friendly staff.

Lack of response for new reservation
Unfortunately, the hotel does not return the new accommodation requests. Very poor reception service, unprepared and poorly educated people. The booking sector does not return, email, watts app or call. I would like to know if there is a responsible because you are not there for the lack of empathy with your clients.

I stayed in this hotel with the intention of spending a few days of rest with quality of the establishment, but from the arrival I realized that it would not be what I expected. Soon after entering the bungalow where I thought I would sleep a little to rest from the trip, I began to be bothered by a group of people who passed the screams in the corridors of the bungalows. I went to the reception and informed the lack of education of the guests and requested a room exchange for an area where the gang did not bother me. They put me in another bungalow in a much quieter place, but the room was very dirty of dust including the bedding. The room I booked has the advertisement of a terrace above the bungalow, but has no furniture structure to stay, not even a armchair. I went to the hotel pool and the same group of people who were making noise near the bangalows were there in a complicated behavior, very screaming and gossip. I felt like I was in Caldas Novas and I understand that poorly educated people exist, but there was no approach from the hotel to coibir and restore peace. The next day I went for breakfast and had the worst view of any hotel, I don't remember staying in another hotel with such a bad morning coffee, reaching the point that on the last day of stay I didn't even wait for breakfast. Anyway, it's a hotel I never return to.
