A room in an apartment building, simple but convenient. A bit far walking distance from the old centre

The room was increadibly clean, staff were super friendly and there were a few shops nearby, but the AC was stuck on heating mode even though it was pretty hot

Good location and helpful host
The first room was comfortable and had a small terrace, but unfortunately it had some problems: a strong smell of smoke, the sink was leaking and in the evening you could smell the sewer along with the sounds of flushing the other rooms.
I contacted the host: the communication was simple and clear, although sometimes there was a few hours of waiting. The host apologized and promptly changed our room to a more comfortable apartment, showing availability and attention.
The property is in a good location: close to tram lines 18 and 3, which lead directly into the center, making travel easy and convenient.
I recommend the structure, considering the efficiency of the host in solving problems.
