We had a very good experience at Quality Inn Orleans with our group of 53 seniors. The rooms were clean, comfortable, nicely upgraded, and the beds were excellent!
The young gentleman at the front desk was very polite, helpful, and professional. Everything went smoothly from booking to checkout.

We called to say we wouldn’t be able to make the reservation due to our car breaking down. Even had a rep call and say we had our car broke down. The property refused to even partially refund our stay. As is their right, but clearly unforeseen circumstances happened and they were less than willing to at least give a partial refund.

Very overpriced. Dated hotel, slow elevator. Went with a group under a block rate but everyone had different rates. Won’t be back.

Hotel had a lot of ants. Staff were not very helpful. Many of the amenities were just missing, for example there was a fitness centre devoid of equipment
