Balcony needs to be upgraded with glass for better viewing of the Perce rock. The view was spectacular and I booked the room based on the view. However the balcony's railings distracted from viewing. This is the only thing I can complain about and why I gave them 4 stars. The location was great within walking distance of restaurants, boardwalk, and attractions. Staff was friendly and accommodating the on site restaurant was very good and affordable. I would stay here again

Great location and view. Loved our king bed in our family corner room.
More wood to use the fire pits would have been ideal but overall loved our time here and in Perce

Great location and view of the ocean. On-site restaurant needs to improve their quality/consistency. Very helpful and friendly staff.

We checked in late and got a very small room by the highway which was noisy. Plus we had noisy neighbors. We were in the slum section instead of the main hotel. We couldn’t see the Perce Rock from our window. Our bathroom was small with zero counter space. Where am I supposed to put my toothpaste?!
Food for dinner was very good. Simple but creative menu. They need to serve food hot….not sorta hot. Restaurant view was outstanding.
Easy walk to pier and restaurants. We would stay there again if we didn’t have to sleep in the ghetto section.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. We were there for a few days of relaxation. The views of Percé Rock from our second floor room were unparalled. We were so close to the beach we could hear the waves through a closed patio door. The room was spacious and well furnished. No complaints. We plan to return.
