No one at the front desk, just a little Rating on the office window indicating the key was at the back of the building
No key, had been forgotten in the office
Saved by another couple who found a solution by approaching a nearby establishment
Worse was to come, we were two couples the first night in the Pension and only the next two nights
Bravo security
This property may be suitable for skiing,but certainly not in early September
It is absolutely scandalous to sell stays in such conditions

My husband and I stayed at this property for an ultramarathon event. I was not aware that this is less a hotel room but more a hostel, with no person on the premises. We had one towel for a two person two night stay, barely half a roll of toilet paper (which ran out with no other supplies available) and one coffee kcup for both of us. Our room was directly next to a washbasin room where someone noisily washed dishes at 11pm. For the cost, this property was not worth the money.

The units had 3 self contained bedrooms and a common kitchen, living room etc. we have the whole unit booked for ourself. I guess it’s possible to share the common area with other single room guests if booked. We were very happy about the visit!

Bed and bedding were great. Internet worked fine but TV had an issue that could not be fixed during our short stay. Almost ski-in, ski-out access to the base at Mont Édouard was very convenient.
