This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Blue Crush requires a credit card under the name of the person booking to place a damage deposit hold (not a charge) the day of arrival, which is then released 5 business days after check out as long as no damage has been incurred. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property to place a deposit. The pre-authorisation charge will be returned to the guest following check-out. It may take some time for it to appear in the guest's account.
