A little paradise in Maio
The land is superb, with a more than comfortable house and exterior, and an area for adorable animals (goats, donkeys, etc.). The sea is close. The hosts take great care of their guests, Christophe is available to help you discover the island, which he knows like the back of his hand and about which he has no shortage of anecdotes to share. It's really good here, go there without hesitation!

Tranquillity at its best !!!
Amazing place to stay. Christophe and Mona are perfect hosts. Nothing is too much trouble. Perfect hotel in a perfect location for tranquility. Christophe does an amazing fishing excursion. Well worth every penny. Accommodation is fantastic and very welcoming.

Barracuda Maio
Bit late but better late than never!
I stayed with Mona and Christophe in May this year. I would give them 5*!
They are very nice people and people you meet make your travels better and unforgettable.
First, they came to pick me up to the port and as soon as we met I felt like we know each other for a while.
Apartment was occupied so I got lovely room in their part of the house with it s own bathroom.
Place was very clean and sooooo close to the beach on which I was all alone (with one dog from neighbourhood ;) ).
Barracuda Maio is lovely place vere you will definitely feel welcome!
One day I just mentioned that I d like to go for ride a bike if there was any and Christophe brought one from garage make it work and borrowed it to me!
And another day we went fishing to the beach in the morning. It was my first fishing experience (not very successful) and I m very happy I got that opportunity!
And when you decide to book a stay with them, ask Mona for her homemade cactus marmalade! Delicious!!!
There is so many other great things about them and the place... Wish I could go there again in future!

Fabulous stay
Stayed here with fabulous hosts Christophe and Mona. If you are looking for a lovely place to stay outside of the main town, this is the place to go. Their local knowledge and great fishing trips are amazing. The food they cooked was fantastic and we felt like family.

Très bonne adresse
Mona et Christophe sont des hôtes conviviaux, chaleureux et partagent leur passion pour leur ile. Ils nous ont initié à la pêche, que Mona nous a ensuite cuisiné.... un régal !
