Nice place, dreadful wi fi
It's in a great location and there is plenty of room, plus they wash up every morning as part of their service. There is a lack of natural and artificial light that makes it a bit dismal but its really a minor issue.
However the wi fi was totally useless, such a shame as everything else was great.

Horrific ordeal
Maybe in the summer.
Cabin A in very poor conditions: less than insufficient heating and turned on a couple of minutes before.
1°C outside and approx 9, 10 inside. We sleep dressed. NO HOT WATER. Bag with trash behind the candle(discovered when charging cell phone. Pillows stink to ...heads
They passed us next door cabin key to shower, which was 0 heating, humidity, dark , towels almost wet by humidity.
Acotaron: I didn't ask for extra heaters, I didn't ask for a hairdryer, I didn't call the emergency number.
That's where I was told the cabins facing O Higgins Street are enabled the ones in the back (mine).

Insecure and disrespectful staff
We were robbed here. My wife's iPhone SE disappeared after the cleaning service entered our apartment. When we kindly asked for help at the hotel front desk the people in charge were disrespectful and even laughed at us. We made the police go to the hotel complex, but the phone was gone. I wouldn't stay here again EVER, and I wouldn't recommend you to take chances here. You may be close to city center, but not as close as other well rated places. Stay away from this place.

Close to shops and supermarket
Mapulay is tidy and the hosts are fantastic (even speak pigeon English). Reminded me of an old family Bach. Cleaner came through everyday with fresh linens. Easy walk to shops, supermarket, lake and University.

Falta accesibilidad universal
La ubicación es increíble, super cerca de todo, frente a un unimarc y un eltit, la atencion fue super amable, cercana y un gran aporte a la experiencia, las camas super comodas y bien equipadas para el frio, la tele trae netflix incluido y el internet esta decente, lo unico en lo que se caen es en la falta de acceso para personas con discapacidad tanto fisica como visual, no hay uso del sistema braile en los carteles colgados en el hotel, no hay baranda en el baño para levantarse del wc aunque si en la ducha y tanto el acceso como el desplazamiento en silla de ruedas es poco viable
