Nice and cosy
Very nice and clean hostel with kind owner and a performing team. Question and needs are addressed quickly. Stayed 3 days on my way to Santiago and loved the atmosphere.

Worst hostel ever - horrible safety issues
I absolutely do not recommend you stay in this hostel for YOUR OWN SAFETY. Within 5 minutes of me sitting on the bottom bunk the top bunk COLLAPSED on me. I had to go to the hospital to make sure I didn’t have a concussion or worse. If this would’ve happened while asleep I could’ve died.
The owner took 0 responsibility didn’t even bother to show up at the hostel to apologize. Not to mention that I only got a refund in coins! If you care about your security whatsoever do not stay here! It’s not worth it at all.

Best company ever! Best time in my life!
Best hostel I have ever stayed ! I really recommend it to everyone ! THE owner Willy and Ryanne are one of the best people ! I will never forget the time here :) its super clean, cozy vibes with international atmosphere

Excellent place!
Amazing experience! The place was cozy and the volunteers were amazing! One of the best hostels I've ever been to. The rooms were clean and safe, the bathrooms were always clean, the kitchen was perfect for cooking and the roof had a great view of the volcano and the city.

Amazing Place
Best hostel in Pucon, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable beds, lots of large bathrooms, terraces with beautiful view of the city and volcano, clean, large kitchen and with a huge BBQ area, great wave and music.
