In general the hotel comfortable in a safe neighborhood and easy walking distance to the city plaza.
The breakfast has fresh fruit as well as eggs. The coffee is weak.
The rooms are fairly clean but could use a deep cleaning.
The roof top with pool offers a scenic view of th city. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Look for another option....there are better
We chose this hotel, having already the proven experience of DA hotels, to be able to make an objective comparison, taking into account that both are practically next to each other (Alameda de Talca). I already found the entrance lobby a little strange, but only a subjective aspect; the objective began to be valued when, for example, we need more mineral water in the room and the answer was that they only had courtesy on admission....while keeping an empty refrigerator! ... I don't think a hotel can have its profits reduced by not having at least water in the rooms... but good. Breakfast, well, according, little varied that yes. Small rooms, good air conditioning, suitable layout. Beware of those who want to use the hotel for rest, given that we had the bad fortune to "lease" it for electronic parties on the weekends, the deafening noise... and that we were on the 3rd floor, I can not imagine having been on the 7th, because I would have left ... more than a bad opinion!!. Summary, look for another option, not bad, but average. If you go to Talca again, DA hotels will be our choice...away

Nice hotel but cheats
Nice hotel but cheating!!! When I booked it by booking I looked for it with parking and pet friendly... they passed me the price and I booked it but when I arrived at the hotel they charged me an extra charge for the pet and did not have enough parking so I had to leave the vehicle outside...

Okay, but...
The hotel has good facilities and is well located. I only went for one night, for work, but...
The room was not well cleaned. What you least want in a hotel are things that remind you that someone else has been using the room before. It is something that is remedied with better training, I imagine, or better supervision.
Another "but" was that the breakfast bread was not fresh. They are details, but they make the experience not complete. Again, things that can be improved.
They were not so terrible and did not overshadow the comfort of my stay completely, but I think they are aspects to improve.
