Conrad Macau is a World Class Hotel you don’t want to miss

Conrad is an exceptional hotel with customer service at the top of the band. We receive warmest greeting and help in everywhere we go. Kind and committed staffs all over. Even at the swimming pool area, we met Andy with outstanding attitude, from introducing us to the facility, offering us water as well as fruits, helping us with the photos, to going extra miles to introducing Conrad’s many other attractions to us, giving us a lasting experience !!

Good Choice, But Very Busy

Well located in The Londoner. Central location on the strip and access to the mall below is a big positive. One could walk all over without any issues. We even went as far as Taipa walking.
There was a lot of crowd and check-in was tedious. The room wasn’t ready till 3.30pm almost which is not ideal. And that’s the main reason for the 4 stars vs 5. Same was the case at check-out as well.
The room was generously sized. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was also large and modern and well lit.
We didn’t eat or spend much time in the general parts of the hotel so it’s hard to give a view on that. The pool was quite busy the one time we visited. The breakfast was way too expensive to include, and it was easier to just grab a bite in the mall.
I liked the room but the overall experience was a bit too manic for my personal taste. Maybe the St Regis or the Four Seasons would’ve been a better choice.

The best hotel

Herman and Anna were so nice and they try to check us every time. They afford us to try the jet ski since we were afraid of water. We had so fun!
