The accommodation is very conveniently located. Many major attractions are within walking distance, allowing you to easily return throughout the day for a quick rest. The place is clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the essentials you might need. A great stay overall!

Highly Recommended
Great apartment - it was a good size, beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. It had pretty much everything you'd need for your stay, including air conditioning which was very welcome. The location is excellent, it's in a quiet area but it's just a short walk to the old town or to the promenade. There are a couple of small supermarkets close by which was handy. Communication with our host was excellent and he was waiting for us with the key and gave us useful information about the area and places to eat.
One thing to note for anyone with mobility issues (or a lot of luggage) is that there's an incline walking up to the apartment from the town and there are 41 steps up to the second floor where the apartment is situated.

I was the first guest this season and was greeted by the owner that with a smile showed me around the place long after midnight. Except that there are very few sockets like to charge your phone by the bed she has put a lot of effort into the place (so much that I had to hide a lot of the artsy pieces so I would not bump into them). But be aware this place is in the middle of where people live that will wake up early. Close your window if you want to be slightly loud and if you want to be loud and party at home there is other places.

Wonderful !!
Beautiful room, nice location and easy access to the main area of Split either by walking or $6 Uber. Ana was so so nice and welcoming. I would highly recommend staying here. The place was very nice ! There is a supermarket and pharmacy very close. There are about 30 steps to get in to the room as it’s on the 2nd floor but they are not bad. Just an fyi if you travel with a lot of luggage, I don’t lol

Beautiful Apartment and Ana is so wonderful and helpful
We stayed at Studio No.81 for 4 nights. On our arrival Ana met us with the keys and showed us around the apartments, which are wonderfully comfortable, super clean and cozy. They have a well equipped kitchenette, plenty of towels and toiletries and Netflix on the tv if you want a cozy night in after exploring Split all day.
I was in contact with Ana before our arrival and she arranged transport from the airport to the accommodation, super helpful.
The apartment is only a minute walk into the old town. Can highly recommend this accommodation, would love to return.
