In the Znjan district of Split, close to Znjan Beach, Eol Apartments Split Žnjan Beach has pool with a view and a washing machine. This beachfront property offers access to free WiFi and free private parking.

Exactly as shown in photos!
I visited as a solo travelled in mid-May 2026. My one bedroom first floor apartment was perfect, it had everything I needed. It was immaculately presented, exactly as shown in photos online and secure. I loved the day bed on the balcony and was perfect to come to in the late afternoon to enjoy the last of the sunshine.
I organised transfers from the airport through Eol as I was arriving and leaving quite late and felt more comfortable with this that using a taxi. Communication around the transfers was excellent and all went smoothly.
On arrival at Eol I was met by Ana. She was friendly and helpful and gave me a map and lots of recommendations both in person and followed up by text afterwards.
The pool area was quiet and had plenty of sunbeds available on the two days I went there.
There’s a small supermarket, Studenac, about five minutes from the apartment and a larger one, Tommy, a little further.
The area of Znjan Beach is about 4 miles from the centre of Split by Uber, costing €6 to €10. Or you can walk there along the coast which was lovely and took about 80minutes at a leisurely pace. It would have been quicker if I’d walked inland. Buses are €1 if purchased in the app prior to travel. Or you can hire bikes at multiple places using “next bike.” The Mall of Split shopping centre is close and it costs less than €4 to get there by Uber.
The apartment is less than 2 minutes from the sea down a flight of stairs. The beach is white pebbles, it is pristine with plenty of areas to sit, change and store items. There is a fully accessible, disabled access beach too. The promenade is beautiful, wide walkways for walking, cycling and roller blading. It’s lined with multiple beach bars & restaurants as well as lots of activity areas for various sports.
The area is very much under development. Whilst the promenade & beach area appear complete, there are multiple large scale building projects happening so expect some building noise during your stay. The road down to the apartments is unfinished but was accessible by taxis with no issues.

Everything was perfect. Very accommodating for our later flights to make sure we were settled in and advised on good places to visit. The apartment was exactly as seen and very spacious and clean. We had everything we needed.
It’s a short walk down the steps to the beach which is lovely for swimming and relaxing at the cafes available there. Shops a short walk to get the essentials (food shop and medicine/toiletries shop)
The area is under going a bit construction but it didn’t disturb us as it was a little further away so was very peaceful. Would recommend and visit again!
