Really cozy small apartment style room close to the old town.
Owner was easy to reach, responsive and really helpful. He helped us check in late and find parking for us.
Would definitely stay again!

After a cancelled flight we were lucky to return to the apartment we left that afternoon.
Ivo and family are fantastic. The room was spotless, very comfortable bed and 10 minutes walk from the town in a lovely quiet location.
Highly recommend this place.

The room and en-suite were spotless. We were a late arrival and Ivo, met us when got there and ran through everything.
The room had aircon which was very welcome in the 35c heat and the fridge kept everything very cold.
The tap water is safe to drink so no need to but lots of bottles of water 🙂
The place is perfectly placed for a very quiet and restful stay but only 10 minute to the main centre.
There are some great restaurants as you decend the hill, particularly Kenoba Feral and Buffet Fife.

Locoation of the room was great. Perfect for 2 people and having a small washing machine was highly appreciated. Safe box in the room would have been better. Overall, great little room with the owners very close by. Thanks 😀

The place is located in a perfect spot to walk down to Split or walk up to Marjian Hill. The hosts are kind and good communicators when you have questions. It’s a very clean and comfortable place! I would highly recommend that THIS is the place to stay when in Split. We were very pleased with everything about it!
