Great rooms and hospitality
The palace from the exterior is a bad looking 60’s palace but rooms are very nice, bathrooms and aircond ok; Gianni support and kindness are a plus!
If we return in Split a visit to him is mandatory, he is a very nice person.

Hard to find
Lovely people-so hard to find as there is no street entrance. Go under the next building, through the car park and the entrance it is left. Up two floors.

A peaceful oasis 5 min walk from the historical core
I live in Split but I work as a Tour Manager all around the world and thus I get many people coming to visit Split and I’ve chosen this place for my friends,collegues and bussines associates because of many reasons:
1. Parking lot in front of the entrance
2. Comfortable and modern design with all amenities ( fridge,tea/coffee maker...)
3. Very queit place to get some good sleep
4. All historical landmarks,restaurants,coffeeshops,suoermarkets and beach within a walking distance
5. Good price for the value
6. The owner is friendly and always ready to help with any request.
Go for it!!!

Nice place
I had a bad experience in a hostel and we found this place online. They were really nice people, agreed to receive us on a short notice and to do our laundry as well. Clean place, private too. Close to the old town, about 10 mins walk.
Downside: a bit difficul to find, entry is hidden in a parking space/garage in the back of a building. To rent you need to pay directly the host. I had to find it after I left the premises to go to another city. I booked on Expedia and it was written in small characters, which I didn't notice because I enter my credit card when I booked the room and thought the hotel was paid.
Otherwise, really nice place, clean. I would recommand anytime you want to be in Split.

Great!
Only a 10 minute walk to the promenade and centre. Nice and clean room.
Can be difficult to locate the entrance, but a quick call to the owner solved this. Owner is super friendly, and gladly recommended restaurants and activities.
