Panoramic sea views are provided at Anka Studios. It is located in the medieval village of Vrbnik and offers air-conditioned accommodation units with cable TV and a balcony or a terrace. The beach is just 50 metres away.

Very good location, comfortable, clean
Very near to the beach (with the small child - it was very comfortable: 2 steps and you are in home), beautiful view, parking place. On the beach is restaurant and bar. Room was clean, comfortable, in the kitchen it was all for the cooking, grill for using too. Also near are sightseens, church with the small park and play-field for children, restaurants, wine and souvenir shops.
Very nice place, i recommend it for families with children.

nothing special :( [PL: kiepścizna]
- extremely bad mattress at bed ! it was almost as a water bed. One of us had to sleep at the floor for 4 nights ! The bed is too short for a 185 cm men (PL: fatalny, miękki materac, krótkie łóżko)
- near to the crowdy public beach (PL: blisko zatłoczonej publicznej plaży)
- small rooms (PL: małe pokoje)
- dust everywhere (PL: zakurzone meble)
- we had fridge on the common terrace (there was some meat inside :/ (PL: lodówka na zewnątrz- na wspólnym tarasie, zamrażalka pełna czyjegoś mięsa)
- oven was also at the common terrace outside the room (PL: kuchenka też na zewnątrz, na tarasie)
- no air conditioning only a fan (PL: nie ma klimy tylko wiatrak)
- we had room with external bathroom (for 2,3 rooms) (PL: zewnętrzna łazienka dzielona na 2,3 pokoje)
- remember to close the room at night- someone try to came in when we were at bed! (PL: zamykajcie drzwi! Ktoś próbował do nas wejść kiedy byliśmy w łóżku)
- quietly at nights (PL: cicho w nocy)
- close to the Ceneter of Vrbnik (PL: blisko do centrum)
I would not choose this place if I knew how does it looks like... :( (PL: Nie wybrałabym tego miejsca, gdybym wcześnie wiedziała jak to wygląda)

faites demi tour !
pour le + : L'accueil : un monsieur nous a accueilli de façon très sympathique et il m'a envoyé sur Whatsapp les bonnes adresses :-)
pour le - :
- vue sur mer ... et bien pas pour les studios ! sauf si on va au fond du jardin commun
-ménage à revoir
- lit qui grince
-décoration qui date + une partie du jardin ressemble plus à une décharge provisoire qu'autre chose
- du coup mauvais rapport qualité/prix

Da dimenticare
Il gestore non ha rilasciato nessuna ricevuta e ha tentato di farci pagare più del dovuto per la tassa di soggiorno. Un topo è entrato nella stanza (diverse volte, dato che abbiamo trovato i suoi bisogni sul divano). La seconda e ultima notte ci siamo svegliati perché il topo era nella stanza e correva tra i mobili. Non volendo il topo abbandonare la stanza, l'abbiamo abbandonata noi dopo aver scritto inutilmente al gestore.
Il posto in sé bello non basta a recuperare.

Una esperienza sgradevole
Piccolo monolocale con bagno annesso senza appoggi anche per la carta igienica. Dotato però di condizionatore e piccolo balcone situato in un punto arieggiato con breve scorcio sul mare.
Il gentile gestore si è adoperato a reperire un phon ma non ha rilasciato ricevute di pagamento,salvo poi affermare che non avevamo pagato un giorno. Abbiamo pagato come tassa di soggiorno 20 euro da domenica sera a venerdi per due persone.
ogni tentativo di chiamare al telefono il gestore che aveva dichiarato un giorno non pagato alle 21 di sera di venerdi, è stato vano. Ha preferito inviare messaggi scritti.
La sera stessa abbiamo trovato un altro signore a dirimere di persona la questione. Siamo quindi ripartiti la sera del venerdi, in quanto pretendeva pagato un altro giorno già effettivamente pagato dichiarando prima un prezzo giornaliero poi un altro e non rispondendo affatto sulla cifra della tassa di soggiorno.
