What a beautiful hotel ! It’s located next to the monastery and gives you an impressive view of the city. Very quiet and well maintained. Staff were great and helpful. Should absolutely recommend - this is one of the loveliest hotel I’ve stayed.

Fantastic small hotel in the grounds of Strahov monastery, an oasis of calm in the heart of the city.
Everything about this hotel is quality from the amazing staff to the excellent breakfast with it’s hot and cold buffet, we had a great time and would happily return and have recommended to family and friends

The breakfast was very great! We ate our breakfast on the patio because the weather was so nice! Our bathroom floor was heated so that was really cool.

Excellent hotel close to the castle.
Wonderful location next to the Monastery with a fine view down to the old city. It is a quieter part of the city but very close to Petrin Hill and Prague Castle, two of the must do features of Prague. If you are after noisy nightlife then this is not for you.
The staff were very friendly and welcoming and our room was comfortable, spacious and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was excellent.
The Monastery brewery is a short distance away.

Hotel Monastery is a gem! Quiet, local, and authentic. The staff were wonderful, especially Gabriela at the front desk, who was so sweet and kind. Amazing breakfast every day. And a perfect location — away from the crowds of Old Town, but still central. The only (very minor) drawback was a small room (but it is Europe) and lots of stairs (which the hotel is very up front about). I’d stay again!
