Staff was extremely friendly. Breakfast was very good, as advertised. Only thing I noted was that the hotel was advertised was "brand new", where it seemed more like refurbished. But it was fine.

Clean small room, friendly staff, very good breakfast and secluded parking on the roof only accessible via elevator.

Central and good
Hotel in a high-rise central to the harbour in the centre, right at the exit of the canal. 5 min to walk to the most. Good breakfast in 10 etg with good views. Parking with car lift. Nice room with a small air veranda. Clean and nice.

The beds were comfortable, and the location of the hotel was perfect. The staff was also kind and helpful.
What was not so good was:
1) When I checked in, my reservation had been registered under another person's email address, and I was able to see his personal data. I assume this is a GDPR breach.
2) Breakfast could only be booked in predefined one-hour time slots. As a consequence, everyone had to use the elevator at the same time to get to breakfast. Everyone also arrived at the buffet at the same time due to the fixed time slots. This let queues and wasting time.
3) The quality of the buffet could have been better. The pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausages, and bacon were not warm on any of the days we stayed there.
4)Our toilet was not always able to flush properly.
The overall setup and the general quality of the breakfast were below the standard I expected, and I would not choose to stay at this hotel again.
