Exceptional comfort, refinement and delicacy.
We spent a very pleasant evening and a very pleasant night at Maison Sileuse enjoying the refined cuisine of its restaurant and the cozy comfort of its rooms with very considerate support throughout our stay.

Amazing food in Briancon
We ate at the restaurant as non residents of the hotel. Amazing food with excellently paired wine. I had beetroot carpaccio with smoked trout followed by risotto with coquilles st jacques. Utterly delicious, creative food. Only a little more expensive than other restaurants but worth every penny (or euro) for the superior food experience. Enjoy.

Mixed experience – lots of chichi for disappointing result
Title:
I wanted to discover La Maison Soyeuse, attracted by its gastronomic positioning. the team is attentive, smiling and makes you want to have a good time.
On the other hand, on the plate, I found that the result did not follow the promises. Lots of chichi, lots of effects, but dishes that lack surprise and relief for a restaurant that wants to gourmet. I came out quite divided and, in the end, not really satisfied.
Another point that surprised me: the margin on wines. The rates are, in my opinion, really too high, to the point of detracting from the simple pleasure of a good wine pairing. We deviate from the amber pleasure and little greedy sin that we hope for in this type of establishment.
A good experience thanks to the service, but which deserves to be significantly improved in the kitchen and on the pricing policy.

A very beautiful discovery
First visit to the restaurant and it is a beautiful discovery. Felted environment, impeccable service and a very nice varied menu full of flavors. Perfect value for money. I highly recommend it.
