Boasting a garden and views of garden, Trecastle Chambre d'Hôtes is a recently renovated bed and breakfast set in Châlus, 36 km from Limoges Exhibition Center. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi.

A home from home with the best hosts!
I had the pleasure of staying at Trecastle for three nights this July. You can tell how much Pete and Anna enjoy being wonderful hosts through their attention to detail, their enthusiasm and how helpful they are. It was more like staying with family than staying at a chambre d'hôte.
But don't take my word for it, book a room and experience one of the most homely stays ever.
I stayed in "Tamar" which was a lovely, tastefully decorated, large room. The room has bottled water, a coffee maker and some "welcome" chocolates. It was quite warm during my stay and the room had a very effective electric fan which kept me cool. The bathroom is modern and very clean with a good powerful shower and toiletries. The salon is where you have a super breakfast, but at other times it is a comfortable room where you can sit and relax, and read from a choice of magazines and books.
Châlus is home to the chateau-feodal, where Richard the Lionheart was killed in 1199, and is an easy walk from Trecastle. The town centre is also an easy walk where there are a number of bars and eateries. There are plenty of local country walks and cycle routes. And, if you are on two wheels, Trecastle offer motorcycle tours.
If you are travelling by motorbike, secure parking is available in the large garage. No need for locks and chains!
Trecastle offer a superb breakfast in their salon: fresh baguette, and pastries with butter and preserves, cereals, fruit and yoghurt with juice, tea and coffee. Just the thing to set you up for the day!

Welcoming and relaxing stay
I would definitely recommend this place, very clean, relaxing with an exceptional welcome from the host really enjoyed the breakfast and wished we could’ve stayed longer. Just wished we could’ve stayed another night as we had an enjoyable stay . Thank you.

Just a great experience
Stayed at this amazing and charming little secret for a few days while house hunting. Extremely attentive and amazing couple Anna and Pete. Had answers to everything. Helped with everything we would need. Amazing breakfast. Even though it was had been a heatwave they did everything possible to keep us cool. But it was hot even by local standards. The garden was shaded. So was cooling. They do bike tours too!! (I can't ride so didn't have one). Highly recommend staying here and I will stay here again. Bed was comfortable. Tastefully decorated. And amazing people.
