Simple and good
for a night stay, it is more than enough, breakfast very good and hearty, the owner assures and she is very friendly

Lovely B&B
Stayed here in July. We had 2 rooms - 1 on the ground floor (very greatful not having to climb stairs to room) the other was on the 1st floor. Steps up to other rooms is steeper than usual staircases. Rooms were roomy enough and lovely decor.
Could do with table or stand in bathroom to put toilet bag / clothes on. We had bathroom, lounge and tv on one level with bedroom up in loft area. The lounge had been made into bed to accomodate the 3 of us which made for minimal space on the main floor (once we had our cases out as we weren't lugging them up another flight of stairs) from our room you walked downa couple of steps into communal kitchen for breakfast.
One of the other rooms had the double bed on one level and up stairs to the private bathroom. The 4th room was through the kitchen.
So 3 rooms have stairs to access them and the 4th you are required to go up stairs if you are having breakfast.
The continental breakfast was lovely and the host had everyting ready for you. She was lovely, always making sure you had everything you needed.
There is no parking attached to the accom, however, there is 4/5 (free) parking bays directly across from the main door. We were lucky enough to jag a parking spot there each afternoon. Otherwise few hundred metres up the road there was an open air public parking area that was paid during the day, but free over night.
It was very warm while we were there, with no aircon or fans the rooms were hot. There is an Irish Pub next door on the corner and around from it a laundro mat. So nice and close to do some washing (thou only 2 out of the 7 machines worked!)

pas d’accueil, vous devez téléphoner pour avoir un code pour rentrer (faire attention la dame se trompe de code)
La chambre est médiocre on dirait des placards c'est mansardé on se cogne sans arrêt la tête.La télévision ne fonctionne pas. Petit déjeuner classique (café, 1 croissant, 1 morceau de baguette )
Le bon dans cette chambre : la propreté, une bonne literie et la wifi qui fonctionne

Très bien !
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette chambre d’hôte.
La chambre et la salle de bain étaient très propres.
L’accueil par la propriétaire fut très sympathique et le petit déjeuner copieux !
Seul petit bémol pour le manque d’insonorisation même si je pense que cela est inévitable dans ce type de maison d’époque.
Nous retiendrons cette adresse pour une prochaine escapade à Compiègne !

Sauna sous les toits !
Quelle déception par rapport aux photos ! Déco juste faite pour les photos (abat jour non vissé sur les lampes, rideau qui tombe dès qu'on y touche…). Chambre située sous le toit qui ressemble à une cage à lapin. Avec une température de 31° (téléchargé une application le soir même pour vérifier). Pas de clim. Donc nous voulons prendre une douche pour nous rafraîchir, quelle idée… L'eau froide ne fonctionne pas, même pas tiède. Du chaud ou du brulant au bon vouloir de la plomberie. Nous l'avons indiqué le matin à l'hôtesse qui est allée tourner un bouton sur le mitigeur en nous disant que c'était réparé ! Nous avons testé après le petit déjeuner et c'était toujours chaud (que dire !!). Wi Fi qui ne fonctionne pas. La cuisine commune indiquée sur le site est non fonctionnelle car dès 16 heures la table du petit déjeuner est installée. Pas de carte bleue en paiement. Mauvaise expérience.
