A good place for an overnight stay
The staff were very kind and helpful. We were able to leave our luggage both before check-in and after check-out. The breakfast was good.
Areas for improvement: The property felt somewhat gloomy and had an unusual damp smell. The bathroom door did not close properly because of the doorstop. The balcony description was slightly misleading, as it overlooked a roof and nearby buildings. This should be clearly stated before booking, so guests do not expect an attractive view—especially as the balcony and extra ventilation were part of the reason for choosing and paying slightly more for this room.

I had a good room with balcony and aircondition, the bed was okey, it’s a waste of time to stay in bed anyway when you are in Nice.

Nice location. Room was clean and compact and suited our needs. Loved our little terrace. Baggage storage available before and after check in/out.
