Loved the rooftop pool and restaurant. Room was great and the walk to the airport was 5 min and just across the street

The location is very close to the airport so no need for taxi or public transport. Very close to the train station too, walking distance. No other amenities in the area so you’re stuck with what the hotel can offer.
Great views of the airport and the pool is very clean and well maintained and serviced.

stay away
terribly bad service. Waiters preffered hanging arpund and cleaning tables rather than taking orders. 40 min wait to order a drink.

SEWER SMELL & DIRTY ROOMS
I check in so close to airport. Paid $400 & they refused to help me with bags said take your own bags. Then I booked a rm with 2 beds for my son & I & the room was smelling of sewer system I had to go down to report & they refused to help. One lady said well I am quitting tomorrow so oh well! Other said I will change rm then they have a dirty cigarette burn couch room with only one bed & refused to help me. We didn’t sleep at all & my son was dizzy all day flying early morning. I am disgusted in how this could be considered a 4 star no way it is 2 star quality & service even worse. Do not stay. Novotel beside it is much better less expensive

Convemient to airport but nothing else
The hotel was ok, but I will never stay here again. I stayed for 2 nights before a river cruise. The location is convenient to airport, but very far from the city.
There is no walkway from the airport and no shuttle. You have to walk quite a ways and cross teo very busy streets to get there. Its a major inconvenience if you have more than one bag as I did.
The app showed an upgraded room. Later the agent changed it to a lower category saying it was "the sysyem". I felt cheated!
No complimentary water, they sell it in the lobby. As a Titanium Member my loyalty did not mean much here.
There is no redtakrant except the rooftop which has no air-conditioning. So if you want to eat in the summer, you have to melt!
Bedding was hard, rooms are small. Breakfast was ok, but the eggs are synthetic. There are much better options in Nice.
