Nothing good to say
Room was shabby and overlooking the waste area of hotel aircons out side humming all night hospital bed for the child that smelled of disinfectant lifts were out of order staff were rude and unhelpful tiny dark room bath had cracks in it curtains hanging down photos show it all

Even with a few design and operational drawbacks, the location, breakfast, and overall convenience.
I spent several days at the Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel while attending Executive MBA classes. My stay was comfortable and convenient, though I did notice a few drawbacks.
The location is a major plus. Being just steps from the Eiffel Tower made for a memorable setting, and the views from the 10th-floor classrooms were stunning. These views really enhanced the experience. However, the wind noise at that height was noticeable and sometimes distracting during classes and meetings, even with the windows closed.
My room on the sixth floor was comfortable, but it felt a bit small for the price. The bathroom looked outdated. The deep tub was nice, but it was hard to step into, even for tall people. The partial glass panel didn’t keep water from splashing onto the floor, which was inconvenient.
The elevators get crowded during busy times like mornings, midday, and evenings. Taking the stairs is a good alternative and gives you a bit of exercise.
Even when I had the 'Do Not Disturb' sign up, housekeeping still cleaned my room. If you want more privacy, it’s a good idea to speak directly to housekeeping.
The gym is on the lower level and is open 24 hours. It has basic equipment like treadmills, but the space is small and only fits a few people comfortably. They provide water and fresh fruit, though I noticed there weren’t any sanitizing wipes available.izing wipes available.
One of the best parts of my stay was the free breakfast. I highly recommend it. There was always a great selection of fresh fruit, yogurt, made-to-order vegetable omelets, fresh juices, and coffee. I looked forward to it every day.

The worse stay we have had there yet.
Though we have been going there for years, this stay was one of the worst. Though we had asked for an Italian shower, the first room had a shower in the bathtub so we asked to be changed, we were then given a room with the right shower on the fifth floor which is under the bar on the 10th floor. Lo and behold, the base of the music in the bar (which goes on till 2 a.m.) kept thumping even 5 floors below. So as much as possible if you are hearing impaired or into loud disco avoid any room around the something 20 series. they are under the bar and maybe at the lower levels it is tolerable. To boot, because we were at the end of the corridor, our room was the last to be cleaned...so on 3 days out of the 5 it was not. Even if you put the please clean my room and leave it on for 6 to 8 hours...it may not get done.
When I complained about the noise at tight, We were offered to move rooms. If you are like me, once you have settled into a room away from home, you don't want to move anymore. It took them 2 days to get us ear plugs which they brought with champagne and chocolate cake (not liking either) we declined, though my husband ate half the chocolate cake - he is diabetic...thanks. I was also offered a drink at the noisy bar upstairs...no thanks.
The only bright lights of this stay were some of the servers we appreciate for their smiles, service and attitudes: Amadou (who we have seen many times before and Salima at breakfast, Lila at the restaurant at night. They are the best.

Great location and great facilities, loved our experience especially the VIP area on the 10th floor; what a view of the tower!!
