Bad experience
Never again. The room card did not work at night, no reception was reachable, we stood on the street around midnight and had to book another hotel for 150 euros at short notice.
The next morning, even the hotel's own employee confirmed that the card did not work. Nevertheless, every refund was refused.
The hotel unilaterally canceled the booking afterwards, without my consent and without consultation. Multiple messages went unanswered, and they now also do not want to refund the money.
