Perfect for solo travellers!
I highly recommend this little place! It's a private flat in a block within walking distance of city centre and right next to an underground station. Host was very welcoming and helpful. Room had a double bed, wardrobe and TV with towels provided. Facilities were nice and clean - bath, shower and full kitchen shared between 3 rooms. Free tea and coffee provided and free wifi. Overall a lovely place to stay for a short city break :)

Perfect for few nights in Berlin
The apartment is really spacious, huge rooms and tall ceilings. It has a very big bathroom and a kitchen which are shared.The apartment is really nice and the bed sheets were very clean. The views from balcony are really nice.
There were 2 other guests in the other 2 rooms but I haven't met them or heard them. Moreover the Underground is at only three minutes by walk, while the city center is at 25 minutes by walk. In the area is the Berlin Wall Museum, at around 5-8 minutes by walk.
For the price you pay and for the location I highly recommend this apartment.

Great place to stay
This apartment was very spacious and a very good price. It was only about a three minute walk to the underground. The owner of the apartment was very prompt and friendly and met us out the front at the time we had said we would be there. Very happy with this place! I would recommend it. The only one downside was that the wifi was a bit fickle, it would cut in and out a little bit but worked most of the time.

Bastante bien
La habitación estaba bien, amplia y luminosa. Buena atención al llegar. El baño es compartido, espacioso. La verdad no pasamos mucho tiempo ahí, únicamente para dormir, la cama era cómoda y el alojamiento se encuentra bastante cerca del centro. Justo debajo hay varios sitios para desayunar que están muy bien. En mi opinión un poco mas de limpieza habría estado bien, pero aun así ha sido una buena experiencia.

Tolle Lage, aber zu teuer und viel zu schmutzig und alt
Ferienwohnung mit drei Zimmer, bei einem Bad und kleiner Küche!
Natürlich habe ich die Aufteilung bei der Buchung gelesen, leider nicht wahrgenommen ( Name: Pension Mitte)! Also Hostel-Niveau!
Badezimmer hat einen ekligen Wasserschaden, Spinnweben und Schimmel in den Ecken der Dusche.
In der Küche haben wir gar nix benutzt. Die Mikrowelle ist widerlich dreckig.
Positiv, das Zimmer! Recht sauber, groß genug für zwei Personen mit Balkon. WLan funktioniert tadellos und es gibt genügend Sitzgelegenheiten und ein Schreibtisch.
Trotzdem, für 65 Euro die Nacht, für 2 Pax ohne Frühstück zu alt, zu unsauber und zu armseelig.
Vermieter ist freundlich und gibt gute Hinweise, macht aber den Gesamteindruck nicht wett. Neue Farbe an die Wände, kleinere Schönheitsreperaturen und alles ist gut! So kann ich jedem jetzt aber nur abraten. Es gibt andere, bessere Unterkünfte in Berlin zum selben Preis!
