A_great_value_comfortable_hotel_in_an_excellent_location
Great location, just 20 minutes from the airport.
Wonderful converted building.
Spacious rooms and bathrooms, which are immaculate.
Great (late) check in, restaurant, and room service team.
Communications good.
Good selection of quality food at breakfast, with good coffee.
Recommended. I will stay again.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was incredibly good. If some day we go back to Cologne, definitely we will stay in this hotel again!

Location, location, location
The location of the hotel opposite the arena is top. The hotel is impersonal and the rooms need renovation. It smelled extremely like cleaning agent.
After the event, the bar was reserved, so unfortunately we could not end the evening as we imagined.

Price performance unfortunately does not fit
Value for money is definitely not right. Far too expensive for a Deluxe Double Room.
