酒店的位置非常好，就在河边，出门就能看到标志性的教堂，日落时尤其美丽。值得注意的是，如果从科隆中央车站下车，需要从大桥上步行前往酒店，但这也带来一个优势，即安静与安全。要知道火车站附近总是充满了肮脏与犯罪。
酒店的服务符合标准五星级的要求，工作人员热情且专业。房间宽敞明亮，卫生也没问题。房间的电视尺寸挺大，可以连接手机投屏，可以说是非常享受了。早餐的用餐环境很好，食物种类丰富且美味。

定的景色最好的房间，给了我一间很无语的房间，后面拖着行李又去更换！前台态度不好，房间比较老旧，床很软，睡着不舒服，可能老外喜欢，中国人绝对不喜欢！不好的入住体验！

德国之行最好的酒店，2楼西餐厅尤其惊艳，晚上需要提前预定。服务的细节把控上很赞。酒店是欧洲杯官方指定住宿酒店。有幸还看到了英格兰和比利时队员。
