While travelling to the hotel I was informed that there was no breakfast the next day, I was directed to a baker in the neighbourhood. Quite inconvenient. The second and third day there was a breakfast however and it was Ok. The rooms are just incredible. So much attention was paid to the interior, felt like being in Stone Age room, highly recommended.

Security concerns and BEDBUGS
Serious security concerns as they initially gave me a key to someone else’s room and I walked in on them. Then BEDBUGS!
To recap, first and foremost when I arrived, they sent me to a room with a key. And when I opened that room, there was already someone in it. So I literally walked in on someone in their room. They gave me a key to a room that opened the door where there was already someone staying. That’s unsafe for both of us first of all. Second of all, I woke up the next morning in the new room that they gave me and there was blood all over my bed. And this is because they have an infestation of Bedbugs in their hotel. At that point I no longer felt safe and I told them I wanted to leave.
And you will see, the blood— my blood— that was all over the bed due to an infestation of bed bugs or ticks biting me throughout the night. I had to leave the hotel. I did not stay the second night. And because of that, I had to pay for one night in another Hotel in Dresden.
At this point two weeks later. The hotel is unresponsive and right now, hotels.com is refusing me a refund. I stay with them all of the time. I can’t believe that they would allow this experience to happen and then not process a refund simply the hotel won’t respond. Horrible.

Attention to detail
The hotel is decorated with absolute attention to detail - each room is individually designed. The impossible was made possible by craftsmanship in order to guarantee this very individuality. All super friendly (especially Eileen). At breakfast, a good selection is offered, and instead of doing a lot of harm, refills are made, i.e. little waste. All in all very sympathetic. The place is fully recommended - it's an experience to stay there! We will definitely come back.

Lovely hotel in a very convenient and nice location. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again!
