Great family resort with a village character
It should be noted that you should register for the buffet in good time. Anyone who wants to come as a self-caterer should bring something with them; the selection in the internal shop is very limited. Because we were not prepared for that, our breakfast was usually meager - only on one day were we able to reserve a spot for the buffet. From 12:30 PM, however, you can easily get various meals in one of the restaurants until 9:45 PM. Activities for children must also be registered one day in advance if you want to be sure of getting a spot. The resort is just small and has to organize itself well. The adjacent Aquafun is always worth a visit in case of doubt. Anyone who is aware that they need some planning for their stay should have no problems. However, we neither starved nor did we have nothing to do ;-) On the other hand, we were able to spontaneously put our children into childcare one day.
In summary, it can be said that we will definitely come back and will be a bit better prepared this time :-)

Disappointing
Unfortunately, we had to have a very frustrating experience on site:
On the website of the fun pool there is a live utilization sticker with traffic light system. When we left, it was green. By the time we got there, it had already turned red – admission only when other guests left the bathroom.
Security-related comprehensible – organizational but poorly solved.
The result:
We waited a total of over 1.5 hours as hardly any visitors came out. Shared admission as a family was not possible, and our minor children could not enter alone, of course. Thus, the advertised program item was not usable in practice.
The hotel's reaction was particularly disappointing:
We were told this was “known on the booking pages” – otherwise there was no real understanding or any offer of goodwill. At the crucial points it is just not....We were explicitly not interested in a refund. A small sign like an invitation to breakfast the next morning or a piece of cake would have been quite enough. Instead, the situation was dismissed as personal bad luck for the guests.
Conclusion:
If a hotel advertises services that are not realistically usable, this should be communicated transparently. And when something like this happens, I expect at least minimal service goodwill.
If you value reliability and customer-centric approach, consider whether this resort is the right choice.

Fantastic Hotel!
Very friendly staff and easy to get around. It's probably just not entirely wheelchair-friendly.
But at least the drive is!

**Great family vacation spot — perfect for kids!**
The hotel is truly designed for families with children. Both restaurants, the play areas, and especially the water park are all tailored for kids and very family-friendly.
While this isn’t a five-star luxury experience and the rooms aren’t cleaned daily, the convenience makes up for it. Each room has a small kitchenette with all the necessary utensils, and there’s even a small grocery store on-site where you can buy basic products and prepare meals in the room.
It’s a truly relaxing and enjoyable family vacation. The biggest proof of how great it was? The kids didn’t want to leave!
Highly recommended for families looking for fun, comfort, and a relaxed atmosphere.
