Clean and comfortable

I've stayed long time in here. Building seems old from the outside but inside is different and modern. Also rooms are also comfortable and clean. Stuff is really friendly and wi-fi is also fast. Close the to markets and Ledermuseum S-Bahn stop.

poor exterior but better inside

First impressions of the hotel's poor exterior gave very low expectations. But once inside the lobby it looked immediately better. Rooms simple but ok. Bathrooms very good. TV 18 "Loud noise from planes passing during the day but quiet at night.

Pleasent surprise

Surrounding of the hotel didn't give great expectation about this hotel, but it was really nice surprice when we step in. Reception/lobby and breakfastroom was really tidy and lately renovated. Rooms are ok, exept I don't like wall-to-wall carpet. Bathroom is also repaired and there was everything that we need. Breakfast is really good in relation to price of hotel. Connections to airport and main train station are just around the corner. I'll defenetly use this hotel for my upcoming visits to Frankfurt.

Avoid like the plague

I booked a room for 3 nights for a trade fair knowing booking in advance would secure a better rate. 4.9.14 (2 weeks before the trade fair) I was informed that my credit card had been refused?! I knew that the funds are available, so there must be an input error. Calling the hotel twice to give the payment details or to offer an alternative payment to secure the booking, I was told the manager was out and no one else could take the payment. I was made to feel that I was at fault and advised that I should cancel my booking. Being cynical, did they seek to cancel the booking because nearer the date of the trade fair they could get a higher rate for the room? With the poor attitude of the receptionist, I did as they wished and cancelled. 5 minutes later I booked an alternative (of course at a higher rate) with the card, which supposedly had been refused. Whether the hotel was being genuine, I doubt, but regardless they couldn't have handled it with less tact or service. This hotel has an arrogance that trades purely on being in a busy business city.

Good solution for one night

I chose this hotel because ofthe good price offer (59 euro breakfast and freewifi included).
I took a single room.The accomodation was clean and fair enough. Do not be scared when you the hotel from the outside, the rooms got an update !
Verdict : Good hotel for one night.
