Situated 200 metres from Benitses Beach, Galini Studios in Benitses features rooms with air conditioning and free WiFi. The property is around 4.4 km from Achilleion Palace, 5.7 km from Pontikonisi and 12 km from Panagia Vlahernon Church.

Fantastic holiday
We stayed at Galini Studios from the 6th of July till the 17th of July (a family of three from Belarus). The room is rather cosy with a kitchen area (a stove, a fridge, a sink, pots and pans, plates, cutleries). Before our arrival we had asked the owner to put a microwave oven and he did it for us, which was really very nice of him. There is a big balcony where you can have your meals.
The accommodation has 2 buildings: Galini studios that is across the road (70 metres from the beach) and Galini Sea Apartments which is right on the beach.
The beach is very cosy, it is private (belongs to Galini Studios ) with free sunbeds and umbrellas. You can never find there crowds of people, and that's nice, I think. The sea is gorgeous: clear calm water, the colour of which is fantastic!
Shops, cafes, a bus stop - everything is near.
What is possible to change to make staying at Galini Studios even more comfortable:
1) to repair air conditioners because ours didn't cool the room enough,
2) to improve Wi-Fi connection ( sometimes in our room it was impossible to load pictures and videos). But the bonus is that we had Wi-Fi on the beach (not very good but still it was possible to surf the internet)
3) to provide liquid soap or shower gel in the bathroom and dishwashing liquid, sugar and salt in the kitchen. To my mind, it' s not expensive for the owner, but it 'll give more comfort for the guests.
To sum up, we enjoyed our staying at Galini Studios very much. If we come back to Corfu (the island is fantastic!), we'll be glad to stay at Galini Studios again.

The only thing that was bad it had a very bad smell in the room which made us sick but overall it was good.

Flop Galini studios.
Galini studios a room never renovated for at least 40 years with a musty smell. The bathroom (studio n.3) measures cm 165 x 140 with door opening inwards.

The beds were very hard. The kitchenette was very old, not even an electric kettle. The crockery and cutlery was all odd and not clean. On the plus side it had a nice little balcony and the sheets and towels were clean.

A great short break in Benitses
I arrived on a Monday and was quickly shown around the studios by Rommanos. I stayed up the road away from the beach but was given a room on the first floor with a balcony and still enjoyed a wonderful view. Thank you so much to Rommanos for making me feel welcome.
