Pleasant staff but awful rooms
Sorry but the friendly staff and ok breakfast do not make up for the dire state of the rooms. Worst I have ever stayed in. No amenities. No fridge. No drinking water . No kettle to make tea or coffee ( .had to buy water from bar at €2 each…) barely working air con. Considering we paid over €190 for one night on the understanding it was near the Albania ferry..it cost €15 in a taxi to get there., it is terrible value for money. Sorry to write a bad review but it’s awful

Something needs to be reviewed!
I was dissatisfied. I understood that I got an economy room, but it was really poor and fortunately only for one night. Everything is old, from the furniture to the bathroom. Odor problems from the pipes. Kind and helpful staff, but the rest is really at the bare minimum. Renovations are needed.

A two star hotel and nothing more
Just a night before taking the ferry at the harbour. Too old considering the pictures on the web, and the beds were not confortable. The bathroom was also aged and the shower undescribable. The air conditioning also misfunctioning and the device was incredibly dated. But the staff were friendly and we appreciate them. Not coming back for sure.

DO NOT STAY
The hotel felt unsafe for me as a female solo traveller (which I have never experienced before to this extent and I’ve stayed in some cheap places) and was not at all how the pictures showed it on the website.
The hotel was not clean, the taps and shower was full of limescale. The toilet looked like it was from the 50s. The room and bathroom did not look as it was described/ as the photos showed on the website. During the night, someone tried to open my door, people were in the corridor singing, laughing and chatting at intervals until 3am and there was a huge gap under my door which made me feel unsafe and meant the noise was so loud.
Overall, I would not recommend ANYONE to stay here, let alone solo female travellers, so much so that I booked a different hotel for the rest of my 3 nights and have been refused a refund by the hotel and Loveholidays. Pictures attached of bathroom advertised vs bathroom received!

If you want to stay with cockroaches, it's fine!
Terrible, we stayed a few hours for one night because it was close to the port before moving on to Saranda.
Needless to say, there was a huge cockroach in the bathroom.
I personally would not recommend it, little general attention and they offer a buffet breakfast in an old setting for 12€ per person....
