Great Stay in the Heart of Delphi

I had a very pleasant stay at Fedriades Delphi Hotel. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the service throughout my stay was excellent. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with a beautiful view of the surrounding area. The location is excellent, making it very convenient for exploring Delphi and visiting the archaeological sites. Breakfast was good and a nice way to start the day. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Delphi.

NICE LOCATION, BAD SERVICE

The lock on the door of our top floor suite stair entrance ywas broken, meaning anyone could have walked in. The front desk woman was downright rude when I asked if breakfast was included (it was). She was again rude when I asked if the room had a bottle opener, even though, as she had spat at me earlier, it was the best room in the place with a view, it did not. Their adjacent restaurant refused to take reservations even though they do so on their website. The food at the restaurant was good. At the hotel, breakfast was stale. There is no guaranteed parking, and when we couldn't find any, and I asked what the front desk suggested, she shrugged and said, "I have no idea". There is a parking lot around the corner (I guess meaning at Delphi museum, a 10 minute walk away) We unloaded our 4 suitcases while stopping traffic on the narrow road. The jetted tub has a view of the sky because you would never see the mountains from inside the tub.

Thank you for sharing your experience, though we're genuinely sorry your stay didn't meet expectations in several respects.
Regarding the lock, we'd like to clarify that this wasn't a security malfunction but a temporary jam, which our reception team addressed immediately once notified. The safety of our guests always remains a top priority.
We're also sorry for the behavior you describe from a member of our front desk staff — courteous and prompt service is something we always expect from our team and this will be addressed internally.
Regarding parking, Delphi is built on a narrow mountain road with limited public parking space; we understand this can create difficulties on arrival, especially with several suitcases and we'll make sure the front desk gives clearer guidance from the outset.
We're glad you enjoyed the Food and the View from the room.
We would welcome the opportunity to show you a very different picture on a future visit.

Incredibly friendly Staff at a hotel in a great location. Highly recommend. Also be sure to visit their restaurant just across the way. Fantastic views, amazing waitstaff, and delicious food

This is a simple hotel intended to host travelers for one night. Upon arrival we asked for help with luggage, however it was not accommodated. The receptionist had agenda of his own, not really interested in meeting our needs. The rooms were on third floor, nice and simple, on smaller size. The main difficulty is that the door closures would make very loud noise due to the mechanism in the knob that affected the quality of stay and impacted sleep. Also, across the elevator disruptions could be expected throughout the night. In addition, the balconies are next to each other so every conversation next door could be heard. Although rooms have kettle, there was no coffee in the room. TV with very limited channel selection. Also, no water on welcome. Overall, this is simple and clean hotel, with room for improvement in hospitality.

Great location for visiting Ancient Delphi and the museum. Everything we wanted to see was within walking distance.
