Beautiful modern apartment
Spacious Modern apartment.
Loved staying here! Great location for tavernas, boat trips and taxi boats.
Very clean. Lovely modern bathroom.
Small narrow balcony with no shade was the only negative.
Loved the large size of the room with Sofa and kitchen area.

Disappointing Experience - Would Not Recommend
Booked through Airbnb and checked in on August 13th. The host allowed early check-in, but the room wasn’t very clean and had a bad smell from the bathroom. The air conditioner, set to 17°C, never cooled the room below 30°C. After two uncomfortable nights, the host insisted the AC was working fine and pressured us to turn it off when leaving, despite the heat. We had to check out early and find new accommodation during peak season.

The Jewel in Skiathos Bay
Having stayed in Skiathos Town on previous occasions we knew exactly where Emerald Blue was located so I had no hesitation in placing my booking for the Sea view room. Front row seats to the lovely harbour when we sat on the balcony. We also booked the street view room for our travelling companions which had its own balcony looking onto the cobbled streets of shops and restaurants and perfect for watching the world go by. Both rooms are spacious with comfy double beds and a wardrobe and plenty of sockets. The kitchen area has a full size sink and fridge with a kettle and microwave. The En -suite wet room has a spacious shower with Glass screen and W.C. and Vanity unit with a wash basin and as much hot water as you like powered by electricity not solar. From the moment we booked the communication from the proprietor Stathis was excellent. As advised after landing we jumped into a taxi directly outside the airport and telephoned as soon as we were mobile and we arrived at the meeting point in the harbour 5 minutes later and Stathis was there waiting for us to show us to our rooms with his kind assistance with some of our luggage. The two rooms are directly above the Turquoise Bar/Restaurant which is co-owned and run by Heather. She has just finished designing and developing a new menu which will be well worth a visit now. You can Take a comfy seat at the front of the restaurant and be just a few feet from the boats that offer various day trips. This is a beautiful well equipped property in the best possible location to discover everything in Skiathos Town. It is literally all on your doorstep, and it's excellently run by Stathis and Heather who are so nice and helpful. If you want anything don't hesitate to ask them. When we decide to return to Skiathos Town with all its massive choice of bars and restaurants we will have no hesitation in booking Emerald Blue. Many Thanks Stathis and Heather.

Excellent Accommodation and Perfect Location
New accommodation located right on the old port harbour. Stathis and Heather manage the property (and restaurant and bar below) super helpful, good communication pre arrival and assisted with transfer of lots of luggage on arrival and checkout.
Stayed in sea view apartment, amazing views of the Bourtzi and old harbour, perfect location for getting the daily boots to other beaches (saves car hire) and eating/going out in the evening. Beds comfy, hot shower and brand new air conditioning. French doors to water front balcony are double glazed so noise at night is not an issue. Basic and simple just everything you need - a perfect Greek stay.
