Good but with problems.
A good hotel but with enough problems to spoil the image. With the rain that had now in November 2025, water was entering both the reception room in the patio and the room in the toilet from the ventilation. Also the blankets could have been of better quality and some furniture the armchair was burned by a cigarette. The breakfast although quite rich reminded products LIDL cheesecakes croissants etc. The price of the double room 90€ fairly decent. If you fix these problems and do regular maintenance it will be really perfect.

Another Xanthi hotel headed to Nadir?
We came to rest with our financial delays in the beautiful city of Xanthi, remembering the old glory of this particular hotel.
Unfortunately, the hotel management decided to hold weddings etc. in the hotel's courtyard, resulting in the fact that we can't be quiet.
Specifically, we came for two nights.
The first was a wedding reception, which ended at 02:00 and then some but with beers took the scytali and continued the bustling until 04:30.
Reception not available!
The next night again engagement reception with duration up to about 01:45.
We were asked for 90€ for each night.
If we knew what'd happen, we'd never come to this place.
Maybe they should give us 90 euros instead of asking us.
Sorry about the history of this hotel. It seems that everything has a beginning, a culmination and an end.
Other hotels in Xanthi have been closed. I don't know and I don't want to close, but it's definitely never for four stars, but it's not worth the money it asks.

GREAT LE CHALET HOTEL XANTHIS
Rooms huge and very well equipped, common spaces (lounges, living rooms, restaurant) large and luxuriously decorated, breakfast rich and abundant, room insulation amazing. It is also in a very quiet location, just outside XANTHI, so you can hear nothing but birds and quiet piano music. As a sports center that was its original destination, it has many football and sports fields around so that the children of a family can play comfortably and fearlessly as much as they want. Huge parking, and the staff polite and helpful. In the restaurant besides breakfast you can drink coffee or drink until late in the evening, as well as dinner (they make great pizza). Very easily accessible from the Egnatia road, and very close to interesting places - Porto Lagos, Komotini. I highly recommend it.

I highly recommend it!
Ideal accommodation for professionals and individuals. In general, visitors who love nature and tranquility in combination with the organization of a hotel complex in general that fits perfectly into nature. Perfect staff, polite and helpful! Very good prices and large rooms, at least from our experience. Indoor swimming pool, sauna and gym for relaxation with a paltry amount to relax from work and daily pressure. Finally, the children who train in front of the wonderful stadiums make you calm down and enjoy the peace you lack! I highly recommend it!!!
