The most important amenities to myself and family are cleanliness and the staff. My stay at the Cedrela in Comayagua excelled in both of these. Plus, I was able to get a good night's sleep in a one of quietest hotels in memory. The full waited-on breakfast was excellent and a nice break from the usual buffet style meals.

Bad experience requesting a quote for events. Little willingness to provide information.
My experience with this hotel was very disappointing. We tried to obtain a quote for hosting an event, and instead of providing us with clear information about their packages, services, and rates, they repeatedly asked us to first indicate how much we were willing to pay.
I believe that a professional establishment should be able to present options and quotes based on the client's requirements, allowing for a transparent and objective comparison. The lack of willingness to provide a formal proposal caused unnecessary delays and made planning our event difficult.
Unfortunately, the service process was inefficient and not customer-oriented. I expected more professional communication and a quicker response from the sales team. We called, and they responded to us on WhatsApp at the numbers listed on their website. We requested to speak with management, and we were never connected to management. I do not understand how they can have so many good reviews.

It felt like being in someone's home. I loved the garden area where we could have our breakfasts. Breakfast had so many options that I ended up skipping lunch. The staff was very accommodating and very responsive ahead of arrival to help coordinate airport transfer and next day cultural sight seeing and transfer to Tegucigalpa. I would stay again.

There is not really a Social area BUT hotel is clean, efficient and had a great breakfast included.
