What an incredible experience at Imphal Hotel by Classic!
We came here to try the authentic Manipuri Thali, beautifully prepared by Chef Premananda and served by Bikram, and it was one of the highlights of our visit.
Every dish had its own distinct flavour and character. What made it even more special was the attention to detail—each item was explained to us, from its ingredients and preparation to how it is traditionally enjoyed. You could really feel the care that went into every element of the thali.
The flavours were absolutely beautiful—ranging from delicately subtle to bold and richly spiced, with textures that were just as memorable. Everything came together in perfect harmony, and we loved discovering the little details in each dish.
A big thank you to Chef Premananda for the wonderful introduction to Manipuri cuisine and to Bikram for making the experience so warm and memorable.
A must-visit in Imphal if you want to experience authentic Manipuri food. Come hungry and definitely try the Manipuri Thali!

We stayed at Hotel Imphal by Classic for nearly 20 continuous days, and the experience was truly exceptional. The biggest highlight of our stay was the outstanding hospitality at the restaurant.
A special thanks to Jijit, Robin, Prince, Priya, Mona, Sanatombi, Sanjota, and Dinesh for taking such wonderful care of us every single day. Their warm smiles, attentive service, and genuine kindness made us feel completely at home. Hotel classic
The service at this hotel was excellent. I would especially like to appreciate Karthik, Naveen, and Hema for their outstanding service.
All three were very friendly, helpful, polite, and professional. They took care of our requests promptly and made our stay very comfortable.
