There was a mouse in the room which died on the 2nd day. Surfaces were all dirty and dusty. Tea satches, water and kettle were supplied without a cup or spoon! The staff call at midnight to take breakfast orders!

Lime Tree Hotel room review

The bathroom was not at all clean. The overall room needs to be developed. The room too small. My experience was not good at this hotel was not good. They did not give toiletries also. There was no scope for ventilation also. The floor was not cleaned properly. The dustbin was dirty.

Food Quality Very Poor and Room Service not to the mark.

slow room service and food quality pathetic - we didnt have the breakfast still no refund given against request raised by our guests and also charged extra than reflecting online. should not be trusted basis the commitments given at the time of booking.
