very poorly maintained hotel.

Rooms are not clean. No lift. we 6 people all above 60 years of age were allotted rooms on the second floor and we had to carry all our luggages as there was no lift and room boy. No hot water no wash basin in the wash rooms. we had to go to the receiption to ask for hot water. Staff behaviour is bad. No restaurants nearby for the occupants to have food except one which is far from the hotel. Main door could not be locked due to poor quality of the latches.

It was on a good location. Accessible by public transport. But no parking space. The cleanliness of the room bas average.
Also got a feeling that they won't clean/change the bed after the previous guests are checked out.

Ultra Compact 5 Bed AC Room. No Wash Basin

Pleasant Inn is centrally located in Kochi. The 5 Bed AC room we got was minuscule, with no space to move around. The room also did not have a wash basin, which was very inconvenient . Probably because of lack of space, the owner decided to do away with the wash basin. The Inn's parking space can accommodate small cars. If you happen to bring a 5 door wagon, you have to park your car on the road.
